Step 1: Request general access to a marketplace
Before you can list products on any marketplace (sales channel), you must first request access to that specific channel.
A product display request allows you to submit a specific product to be shown on a marketplace.
Navigate to Commerce > Sales channel > Available tab
Browse the available sales channels
You will see a list of all of the available Marketplaces (Sales Channels) that you can show your products on.
2. Click on “Send request” next to the desired channel
Their administrator will receive the request on their side. Once approved, you can submit a product display request.

Once you’ve sent a request, it will be reviewed by the sales channel. The processing time depends on how long the sales channel manager takes to respond.
You will receive a notification when you’ve been approved.
Step 2: Submit a display request for your products
After your general request has been placed and accepted, you can start sending display requests for your products.
Navigate to Manage > Product Database in the system
Click on the desired product.
Select a specific colour to go to the product page.
Click the Sales Channel tab.
Click on Add to sales channel and select the marketplace of your choice from the pop-up window.
Click on the box next to the marketplace’s name and then press “Send Request” in the bottom right corner.
Note: You need to repeat this process for each product you want to display.
Where can you view and manage your display requests?
You can use the Display Requests page to view all invitations you’ve sent to showcase your products on specific sales channels. This page allows you to keep an eye on and manage your product’s presence across different platforms.
Navigate to Commerce > Display requests
Here, you will see the requests you’ve sent and received, and their status.
What’s next:
The marketplace administrator will review and approve your products. After that, they will automatically be live on the marketplace.
