Understanding the types of orders in detail

Sample swatch orders

Clients can request a (14x25.5 cm) sample swatch from your product page to test color, texture, and quality before placing larger orders.

How it works:

  • We use part of the 2 meters of each product you initially sent us.

  • Tengiva cuts and ships the swatches directly to clients.

  • You don’t need to handle swatch fulfillment.

  • Boxes are delivered directly to your client with your product information in them.

Inventory orders

These are standard e-commerce purchases from the stock you’ve made available. Ideal for fast-moving products, in-stock basics, or when you want to offer quick delivery.

How it works:

  • Clients see your available stock and pricing.

  • They place an order directly from your online store.

  • You pick, pack, and ship the order.

Production orders

These are custom or made-to-order sales that require production before shipping.

How it works:

  • The buyer submits a production request or quote.

  • You review the details, adjust quantities or pricing if needed, and approve the quote.

  • Once approved, you can convert it into a production order directly from the quote page.

  • You fulfill the order based on your production timeline.
