What is a QR code?

A QR code is a simple image with a unique pattern that clients can scan with their smartphones. With QR codes, your physical products are connected to your digital catalog

What is the benefit of using it for your products?

For clients: It makes exploring your products and placing orders easy. They can order samples, purchase from available inventory, request production orders, or save the product to their moodboards.

For you as a supplier: It captures which samples were scanned, what generated interest, and what actions were taken, giving you comprehensive engagement analytics.

How to generate your QR code from your system

  1. Go to Manage → Product database.

  2. Select a product and color.

  3. Click on the Privacy tab.

  4. Scroll down to 'Generate QR code.'

You will see different options depending on how you plan to use the QR code.

  • For your warehouse
Select your warehouse > select the sales channel > generate QR code

  • For a sales channel
Select the sales channel > generate QR code

  • For an event
Select the event from the list > select the sales channel > generate QR code

If you do not see your event, scroll down and click Cannot find your event? to enter the event name and date.

5. Download and print the QR code

After the QR code is generated, it will appear on your screen and in the list below.

From the list, select your desired use and click 'View'. It'll open the code in a new tab.

In this tab, right-click on the code to save the image to your computer.

Repeat the process for each product and color.

Print your QR codes and stick them on a visible part of your samples showcase for easy scanning.
